The Space
Casa Cielo Vista welcomes you with tall vaulted and beamed ceilings that create a spacious, airy feel throughout the home. Natural light fills the interior thanks to large windows and thoughtfully placed solar tubes that brighten the living spaces and kitchen throughout the day. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas flow together beneath vaulted ceilings, creating a bright and welcoming gathering space for relaxing, cooking, and sharing meals. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating and a fully equipped coffee station with both drip and Keurig options. Tile flooring throughout the home keeps the space cool and comfortable, while updated HVAC ensures year-round climate control. The primary suite offers a peaceful retreat beneath vaulted ceilings and opens directly to a private covered patio and pool area. Two additional guest bedrooms are located along the central hallway and share a well-appointed bathroom, making the layout comfortable for families, couples, or small groups.

Outdoor Living
The backyard is designed for enjoying the desert lifestyle. A sparkling private pool and spa sit against a backdrop of mountain views, creating a relaxing outdoor retreat. A covered patio with dining table provides the perfect shaded spot for meals, while lounge chairs by the pool invite you to soak up the Palm Springs sunshine. A BBQ grill makes it easy to enjoy casual outdoor cooking during your stay.

Pool
Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or prior to arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM throughout your stay.
Pool Heat Rates (per night):
• November–March: $75
• April, May, October: $50
Not needed in other months
For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. A 24-hour notice prior to arrival is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before arrival at no extra charge.

Hot Tub
Relax in the private spa, conveniently heated using easy controls. The hot tub is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but there is no additional charge to use it — even if pool heat is not selected. Simply activate it whenever you're ready for a soothing soak.

Location
Located in South Palm Springs near Demuth Park, Casa Cielo Vista places you close to some of the area's best outdoor recreation and scenic spaces. Nearby attractions include Prescott Preserve, the CV Link multi-use trail, golf courses, and the shops and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs — all just a short drive away.

Summer Utility Surcharge
For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 30th, a $750 per month utility surcharge will apply to help offset increased cooling costs during the summer months.
This surcharge is not included at booking and will be requested prior to arrival.

Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay)
Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes.
• Stays between 2-20 nights, there is a $89/dog/stay fee.
• Stays of 21 nights or more, there is a $199/dog/stay fee.
We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed.

Additional Policies & Rules
To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and neighbors, the following policies apply:
• No outdoor music at any time; doors must remain closed if music is played indoors
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced outdoors from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
• No smoking inside the home
• Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older
• Guests are required to sign Ryson's Terms and Conditions, and City Ordinances require a copy of a valid ID to be provided prior to arrival
