Cancellation Terms
Review the refund timeline for your booking length. A 3% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
Bookings of 28 Nights or Less
- 30+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3% cancellation fee on the deposit.
- 14 to 29 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 14 days before check-in: No refund.
- Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Bookings of 29 Nights or More
- 60+ days before check-in: Full refund, less a 3% cancellation fee on the deposit.
- 30 to 59 days before check-in: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days before check-in: No refund.
- Within 48 hours of booking: Full refund, provided the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
Please note: there are no exceptions to the cancellation rules due to unfortunate circumstances such as weather, illness, medical emergency, or death. We strongly encourage you to purchase travel insurance.
