PLEASE NOTE: There is a very heavy floor-to-ceiling curtain that separates the primary bedroom from the rest of the home. There is no permanent door; however the smaller bedroom does have the proper doors. POOL HEAT: Ensure a comfortable swim with optional pool heating, available upon request at booking or before your arrival. The pool is heated to 87º from 7 AM to 7 PM throughout your stay. Rates vary by season: -November–March: $75/night -April, May, October: $50/night -Not needed in other months For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay—we cannot heat it for select days. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure optimal warmth on your first night. Heating begins the day before your arrival at no extra charge. Indulge in the ultimate relaxation with our hot tub, conveniently heated at your fingertips using a remote control. Please note that the hot tub is not pre-heated before arrival, but worry not—there's no extra charge (even if not opting for pool heat) to enjoy its warmth. Simply activate it whenever you desire, creating the perfect atmosphere for a soothing soak during your stay. Additional Policies & Rules -No outdoor music.
