The condo is located directly adjacent to the club house, putting green, and first tee on the golf course. Perhaps the best location in the whole complex! There are about 12 pools and 12 in-ground hot tubs in the complex and all are open to all guests. Summer Utility Surcharge For stays of 29 nights or longer between June 1st and September 31st, a $500/month utility surcharge will apply to help cover the additional energy costs associated with cooling the home during the summer heat.
