Dog Fee Information (up to 2 dogs/stay) Regardless of what you may see in the amenities or platform wording, we define pets as dogs only—no other animals are permitted at our homes. There is a $89/dog/stay fee. Simply include the number of dogs that will be joining you and the fee is automatically included in your rate. We ask that you pick up after your dog if they relieve themselves in the yard. Signs of extensive damage caused by dog, could result in additional fees. Any signs of any animals on the property without our knowledge will incur an additional $500 fee per animal. To clarify, cats are not allowed. Additional Policies & Rules • Low outdoor music is allowed at levels that will not disturb the neighbors. • 100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-7am • No smoking inside home • Renter must be 21+ years of age • Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.
